In stock items are typically shipped within 1 business day.
Shipping cost is calculated by package size and weight. We ship domestically via USPS, UPS, FED EX and various other carriers. Shipping information and tracking numbers will be updated via text message, facebook messenger or email address provided is appropriate.
Shipping options and pricing for most items will be listed on the checkout page.
Items that ship for free will be indicated on the product page. Only items marked with free shipping will be shipped free. In the event that there is a mixed invoice of free and paid shipping we will discount the overall shipping costs appropriately.
Special Shipping & LTL Freight
Items that require special freight or shipping will indicate that fact on the product page along with the appropriate instructions for processing special shipping transactions or making pickup appointments.
We are located in Indianapolis, IN. We offer nationwide shipping through our LTL (Less than truck load) freight company. Rates are dependent upon the delivery driver. Pick up is available as well. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or Canada.
For Transactions that require LTL Shipping
Select LTL shipping on checkout, and proceed to payment for the base item.
Once we receive and verify your order, one of our agents will obtain a shipping quote and create a custom shipping order and contact you with the details for approval and processing.
Items weighing more than 30 lbs typically require LTL shipping to save in shipping costs. Occasionally a flat rate option from another provider is a cheaper alternative. In this situation, we will consult with the customer to determine the preferred shipping method.
Order Cancellation Due to Freight Cost
In the event that the customer is unhappy with the shipping/freight costs the transactions may be cancelled and refunded in full. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process thru the banking system.
If you are in the Indianapolis Area you are welcome to select Pick Up as a shipping option and arrange an appointment to pick your items up.
Pickups Are Done by Appointment Only. Expect one of our agents to contact you within 1 business day to schedule a pickup time. If you do not receive an email you may use our contact page informing us of your invoice number and we will get things set up from there.
Pick-Ups are typically conducted at our home, or public location during daylight hours. We do not accept cash in person for online orders, you must process your transaction. Items valued at less than $40 are not eligible for in person pickup.
